Can you customize my candle?
Absolutely! from specific candle colour to flower colours and designs that match birthdays or event themes, we'd be thrilled to make a special candle just for you. Send us an email to thiscandleislit@gmail.com to find out more.
What is your processing time?
We do our absolute best to make your candles as quick as we can, but it can take anywhere from 3-5 days for processing. Plus shipping time.
If picking up, processing is 1-3 days.
How long is shipping? / What carriers do you use?
- Shipping to Canada takes 3-7 business days
- Shipping to the US takes about 3-7 business days
- Shipping Everywhere else takes 10-30 business days
We use Chitchats to ship within Canada and Internationally. They are partnered with Canada Post and USPS Priority Mail for US + International. These all include tracking! ☺ ♡
How do you package your candles?
Candles are individually wrapped in protective foam sheets, placed in branded bags, and carefully put into cardboard boxes. Depending on the candle type, we may use air pillow films.
Personalized Candle Care?
Once you use one of our personalized candles, the front design should be intact (due to the location of the wick--carefully placed on the back of candle). You can cut the dark part of the wick with scissors, carefully clean off any dark spots and use it for decor-- on a book shelf, kids room or work area!

Every candle is final sale, but please contact me if you have any issues with your order.
Exchanges & Refunds
We only replace candles if they are damaged. Please send us an email at thiscandleislit@gmail.com and we will gladly help you.
